This course is especially designed for those who are moving into supervisory positions and require the skills to become an effective team leader but this training also complements those who have developed existing supervisory skills on the job and want formal recognition of these achievements. The Certificate IV in Frontline Management is structured to ensure that you have the skills to lead a work team and achieve your operational goals.

How to gain your qualification faster & transfer to University!

NCTs certificates and diplomas do articulate into universities to fast track your education. In fact, some of our courses already have articulation arrangements in place to make it even more convenient for you to further study at the university level. Credit transfer can reduce the cost, time and number of subjects needed to complete a degree.

NCT students can choose to accelerate or fast track through the course by following an assessment-only pathway called Recognition of Prior Learning.   In other words, you dont have to waste time going over content you already know - just go directly to skills recognition.

Recognition of Prior learning (RPL) is the acknowledgement of the skills and knowledge that you have gained through previous studies, work and life experiences. If you are granted recognition in a unit/s of competency, you do not have to re-do it.

Your prior learning can only be recognised if your skills and knowledge are current and meet today`s industry standards. You must be able to show your skills and have them verified.

Your RPL application within two wwill be processed eeks of receipt of your portfolio and your fees.

How long does the course normally take?

This depends upon the method you use to study this course.If you choose on-line or RPL, then the time you take is dependent on how long you can devote to the process.Choosing to study online allows you to study at a pace that suits your lifestyle. Generally, this course would take 380 hours of study to complete.We estimate that if you devote at least 12 hours per week it should take you about 30 weeks to complete.Remember this is an estimate only.It may take much less time or it could take longer.
