Responsible Service of Alcohol
The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certicate is a compulsory requirement for anybody working in an environment where alcohol is available including Bars, Hotels, Restaurants, Bottle Shops and Flight Attendants.

Duration
The RSA is delivered face to face over a 5 hour session.
Location
The face to face course can be conducted at National Corporate Training’s Malaga Training Centre or can be delivered at your facilities at no extra cost.

Class Numbers
10 to 20 students is an ideal number for the face to face delivery however the minimum numbers are:
NCT premises: 6 students
School or other chosen place: 10 students
There are no minimum or maximum numbers for online delivery.

This includes student workbooks and statement of attainment.
