Overview
Supervisors can now be enrolled into both Certificate IV in Frontline Management and Certicate IV in OHS as part of a combined program that we call The Ultimate Supervisor Program.
Group Training and Customisation
If you have a team of six or more supervisors we can present the program at your organisation. We can also tailor the workshop to be site specific by integrating your policies and procedures into the training and assessments at no extra cost which will increase the Supervisor’s transfer of learning to their work role. You can also re-badge all of the learning and assessment materials with your organisation’s logo and colours.
Group Training and Customisation
Smaller companies and individual supervisors/managers can now reap the benefits of the Ultimate Supervisor program by booking onto our scheduled public training dates. (See below)
Intended for
Supervisors and Managers requiring both the Certificate IV in OHS and Certicate IV in Frontline Management.
Benefits
By combining the 2 programs, the total number of units to complete these 2 qualications is reduced from 19 down to 14 units. This significantly reduces training time and costs.
Return on Investment (ROI)
We are able to measure your supervisor’s increase in performance in the workplace, resulting from the Ultimate Supervisor training, by incoporating pre and post training surveys of the Supervisor’s manager and team members into the assessment process. This provides the Training Manager with veriable data measuring the increase in the approval rating of the Supervisor. This information can then be used by the Training Manager to demonstrate the value of the training to management.
Costs for Training Delivieries:
$345 per unit (Perth Metro)
Add $75 remote delivery
On-site delivery available with 6+ candidates.
The cost to complete these two Cert IV qualifications seperately:
CERT IV FLM - $3,450 per candidate/ CERT IV OH&S - $3,105 per candidate
Combined in Ultimate Supervisor, two qualification Certificates for only:
ULTIMATE SUPERVISOR (CERT IV FLM + CERT IV OH&S) = $4,830 (GST EXEMPT)
