Customisation

We are able to customise any training to meet your needs.  We are experienced in the integration of your policies and procedures into nationally recognised units of competencies and qualifications so that the process of learning is relevant for the employee and identifiable gains are easy to determine post training.  We are also able to conduct base level surveys and post training surveys to assist in the identification of improvements in behaviour and performance of employees

Delivery Methods

We offer a variety of solutions for delivery including face to face delivery at your site or ours, ½ day to 1-2 days or longer workshops, E-learning, Recognition of Prior Learning, Distance learning with workbooks, Work place based learning or a combination of any of these. 

Quality

All of our training is subject to peer review from industry and as such is subject to our internal and external process of continuous improvement.  We have recently pased our 5 year re-registration audit from Training Accreditation Council.
