Michael Claydon

Managing Director

Major Achievements:

In January 2010, Michael was appointed as Managing Director for National Corporate Training after three successful years as the General Manager for National Corporate Training.  In his first year as MD he presided over growth in excess of 36% and added two new training programs - BHP Billiton Supervisor Training and Barrow Island Supervisor Training.

In addition 2010 saw the winning of NCT's first Award, the 2010 Second Generation Family Business of the Year Award.  We also secured new deals with Qantas, Leightons, ISS and BHP Billiton (approved provider for BHP Billiton Supervisors course).

In 2011, we are looking to expand our corporate training, expand our highly successful Vocational Training in Schools program to other parts of Australia and the world and grow our highly successful Hospitality section.

Bronwyn Blencowe

Major Achievements:

Created National Corporate Training from a sole trader into a successful large incorporated family company within 10 years.

First in WA to gain Diploma of Training and Assessment TAA50104 in Western Australia and had to award this qualification to herself under the auspices of Training Accreditation Council.

Finalist in Small Business Awards in 2005.

Nominated for Telstra Business Woman of the Year 2009.

Summary of Experience:

Bronwyn is one of Western Australia’s most experienced  and sought after Learning and Development Manager and Chief Financial Officer.  She has managed a large and innovative TAFE Campus, written and published two management workbooks, over three thousand learning guides and assessments in about 30 industry areas and successfully created her own business which is now categorised as a large training organisation. She is well known as results driven professional with a demonstrated hunger for best practice in everything she does. Her customer focussed approach and her passion and leadership in learning and development and management of finances, Bronwyn is a proven leader and achiever in this rapidly changing environment.

Interests: Watching old movies, researching family history, writing the company history.

Experience:

Livio brings to this role his ability to engage learners and manage staff. He is an award winning executive chef; many years experience in training apprentices and trainees; member of ACF Board and high level of training and assessment knowledge in Hospitality and First Aid areas.

Livio is qualified as a Food safe auditor; Quality Auditor and completes projects for large resource sector clients in the hospitality area such as Accommodation Audits, Employee surveys, Cyclical Menus, Nutrition for Workers.

Jason brings to the role of Frontline Management Facilitator his extensive training and assessment experience and dynamic teaching and lecturing style.  A strong developer of working relationships and committed to building work teams.

Jason skills are well known in the retail industry   He has the reputation of being one of the best.

Jason is extremely hands on and is heavily involved in all areas of operation both at store level and at corporate level.  Well known for successful project management, Jason is a proven leader and performer.

Recently conducted a Certificate IV Training and Assessment course in Indonesia to Teachers in a rural area of Indonesia.

Experience:

Wade is a seasoned trainer having spent time overseas teaching English in China.  For National Corporate Training Pty Ltd Wade has been promoted to Manager Indonesia and will shortly take up this post early in 2011.
