The company is a private family business incorporated as a Pty Ltd business limited by shares. The business is run by a Board of Directors who are all family members with one ex-officio director who is the company’s CPA and a non family member.  The most important theme in our corporate governance is the accountability of the directors in the organisation as well as the employee’s accountability.  Economic and financial efficiency is paramount to the success of the business whilst maintaining our flexibility for our clients and our high standards of integrity and ethics.

The principal stakeholders are the shareholders, senior management, and the board of directors. Other stakeholders include employees, customers, suppliers, regulators, and the community at large.
